I nominate Tarel for mad dog.
I think the tank Leveling contest was a huge success and it has definitely contributed to more dogs doing more heroics and ultimately getting better raid gear for progress. Aside from those obvious benefits, having people who don't generally play tanking classes branch out and learn different roles definitely helps people play their own classes better.
In addition, Tarel is always available to give auction house and profession tips and to help guild members complete group tasks. He's been a great team player especially during this expansion.
And to go back to the the ""original"" aspect of the Mad Dog - crazy achievements. The guy hit the gold cap and has a million gold. That takes some serious dedication. That might be a little bonkers, but isn't that what mad dog is about?
I think Tarel should be a mad dog! :) -
